I liston to alot of different kinds of music. I dont really have a favorite genre of music, i like to liston to Punk, Hardcore, Metalcore( ex. All That Remains), Acoustic tracks as well. I think that when bands such as August Burns Red or A Day to Remeber do covers of pop songs, i thin they sound so cool. Im more into the punk scene of music than rock. To be honest i dont really like AC DC or KISS or all those 80's band, i do like some though like say Areosmith. Grunge music form the 90's like Nirvana. I'll Give you an example of bands i like. Hedley, Blink 182, All that Remains. A Day to Remeber, alexisonfire, skillet, Relient K, 3 Days Grace, City and Colour, MCR, The Used, Bullet For My Valentine, Rise Against, Ten Second Epic, Atreyu, Protest The Hero and there are so many more. I also in like the softer stuff to like country and indie rock. Its so much fun to liston to indie rock when you are in a very chill mood. I like to liston to it when im snowboarding.
I use music alot in my daily life. I use it at work, home, and school. Music helps me relax and think easier, some people say that music is distracting but i think the opposite of that. It helps me focus better becasue it drowns out the noise around me.

Some good comments here - but try this: organize what you would like to say before you start typing. Organize your thoughts into paragraphs to make them easier to read, this will help you persuade your audience.
ReplyDeleteI would also caution you against writing off all of the great bands of the 20th century - most of the bands that you list would probably cite Aerosmith, ACDC, Metallica, and KISS as influences! Check out Aerosmith's 1970s stuff, expecially.
